At a time in my life when I wasn't sure which way to turn, I found CRS - or I should say they found me. I was going through a divorce and needed to get out from under my house payments because I was starting to get behind in payments. We got behind on our mortgage payments and did not know where to turn. We tried to sell our house ourselves, but that was just a waste of time. One day we received a postcard from Clear Realty Solutions and we decided to call. They worked out a solution with both our mortgage companies and solved our problem. This was a four-month-long process, they kept us informed and guided us through it all. Most importantly, they came through for us when the time came to close on our house. We were able to sell our house and save our credit from foreclosure.

We had to move immediately due to some changes in our lives. However, we didn't want to wait for a realtor to list and then begin to show my house.
